Pelistry Farm
Barton Cottage is situated at Pelistry, on a traditional Scillonian mixed farm. Pelistry is on the East end of the island of St Mary’s, a 30-minute walk from Hugh Town, but on the bus route for the less energetic! A five minute stroll takes you to Pelistry Beach and Tolls Island, and there are also peaceful coastal and country walks nearby.
A recently converted milking parlour, this conversion has been done to a high standard creating a very spacious 2 bedroom accomodation for you to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower and toilet.
The second bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double if required.
The kitchen-diner is of traditional design with all modern facilities. Electric cooker with induction hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
The lounge is a large spacious area with a comfortable 3 piece suite, ideal for enjoying the 43’’ Freeview television and DVD player.
The main bathroom on ground level has a bath and large separate shower with all the other amenities you would expect to find.
Barton Cottage has electric heating all included in the tariff, as well as bed linen and towels, including beach towels.

The current tariff for Barton Cottage is from £1085 to £1455 per week depending on season. It is highly recommended that holiday insurance is obtained for your holiday.
